The Branch Custodian shall assist the Station Head in the station's core operational processes such as Push-Off, Route Inbound, COD management and other non-BAU (Business As Usual) activities.

The Branch Custodian shall provide assistance in managing the station's Riders and Inventory Clerks and help ensure, together with the Station Head, the welfare of the Riders & Inventory Clerks and improve the personnel capabilities by taking an active role in training and hiring.
Perform the following core operational processes according to work standards:
Push Off
COD and Failed Parcels Inbounding
PETS Tickets Creation
Ensure all routes and COD are properly reconciled with the system.
Work closely with the Station Head by effectively managing the Rider Teams and making sure that target volume is achieved.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Station Head, Area Manager, Regional Manager and Head of Fleet.
Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries is preferred

Must be able to perform repetitive duties which can include lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time.
