DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales1. Receives loan, life insurance and GYRT applications with requirements;2. Checks completeness of data and requirements in accordance with checklists provided by Head Office;3. Forwards to the concerned Departments of Head Office the screened loan, life insurance and GYRT applications and/or loan applications;New Business1. Monitors compliance with the requirements needed for the approval of life insurance;2. Ensures adequate supply and inventory of insurance and loan formsfor DepEd and OL business;Cash1. Receives checks from Head Office, records and release them to party waiting;2. Issues Official Receipts in payment for premiums and loans;3. Prepares Check Monitoring List Reports;4. Custodian of Petty Cash Fund;Customer Service1. Monitors resolution of complaints of sales associates concerning commissions and other compensations;2. Attends to all inquiries of walk-in clients;General Services1. Handles the preparation of pouching and the preparation of the transmittal list, following a regular schedule;2. Filing of business permit;3. Monitoring of Fixed AssetsSalary Loans1. Loan Applicationsa. Receives loan applications, and pre-screens these for completeness of requirements;b. Scans and emails loan documents to Credit Evaluation Department for Express loans while forwards documents for Regular loans;2. Branch Administration Functionsa. Take charge of the administrative responsibilities in the office,3. Submit regularly the reports required by the Area Head/SVP-SSD.4. Carry out other functions that may be assigned from time to time.5. Use and control of DepEd stamp.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zamboanga City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
