Job Summary:

Working location: Central

Working days & hrs: 5 days Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6 pm

Salary Range: up to 6500 + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Improve processes and systems to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency

• Coordinating and managing the team, overseeing all end-to-end operations as well as conduct training for new team members.

• On a daily basis, lead the team to perform Post Application Check (PAC) list which includes all newly approved applications/assessments and/or existing applications/assessments that are pending amendments.

• On a monthly basis, lead the team to perform Disbursement List (DL) check which includes all beneficiaries/assessors who are eligible to receive monthly payouts. Perform a second independent check on the DL to verify eligibility checks are conducted accurately and payment months are computed correctly.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant Audit, Accounting, Finance or Business experience

• At least 5 years of experience in team management with at least 2 years of managerial experience.

• Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage;

• Supervisory Experience so as to lead team
