Branch Manager Trainee
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Management Trainees will experience a well-rounded approach to business learning by being involved in all departments and divisions of the company from operations, finance, accounting, purchasing, warehousing, human resources and business development. The Management Trainees shall be exposed to meetings with internal stakeholders such as the upper management and employees as well as with external stakeholders such as government officials, suppliers, contractors and customers. As a full-fledged Branch Manager, he is expected to effectively manage branch operations and translate top management business goals, objectives and directives into a reality.SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications to manage word documents, spreadsheets and databases and presentations
- Preferably with an experience in a managerial position in a similar industry. Fresh graduates with strong leadership skills are welcomed to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere, where are branches are located
- Paid training
- Promotion to permanent employee
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
