Job Title : Branch Manager
Reports to : Operations ManagerA. General Functions:
Carry out general management, administration, customer services, human resources, supply chain & procurement, health and safety, compliance, accounting & marketing. Ensures restaurants run smoothly and efficiently. Provide customers with pleasant dining experiences that live up to brand standards. Effectively manage employees, towards safeguarding the profitability of the restaurant.B. Specific Functions:
1. General management and administration
a. Coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
b. Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
c. Weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
d. Facilitating, creation and implementation of Weekly game planning to achieve sales target
e. Monitoring of Operational Performance to determine proper implementation and possible adjustment to the weekly game plan:

  • Gross Sales
  • Transaction Count
  • Average Check
  • Guests count
  • Average Coverage
f. General administration
g. Taking customer reservations
h. Troubleshooting
2. Customer services
a. Greeting and advising customers
b. Delivering F&B service to satisfy customer expectations
c. Fostering positive customer relations
d. Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
3. Human resources
a. Recruiting, training and supervising staff
b. Managing the staff rotation
c. Conducting performance appraisals and setting targets
d. Optimizing workflow and productivity
4. Supply chain management (procurement and culinary edge)
a. Researching dishes and planning menus
b. Keeping abreast of inventory and ordering supplies
c. Monitoring product quality and handling vendors
5. Compliance, health and safety
a. Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations
b. Establishing and maintaining policies and protocols
6. Marketing
a. Proactively fostering the restaurant's image

E. Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of any college degree, but courses related to Finance and/or Business Administration is an Advantage
  • With at least 3 years experience in handling restaurant total operations.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
