Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Graduate at least BS of Business Administration, any related.
- at least 1-year experience as Branch Manager.
- with a leadership and customer service oriented.
- A team Leader/good at the handling of personnel.
- with communication and interpersonal skills
- flexible and can work with minimum supervision
- Loan Consultant recruitment, training, and development of New LCs
- Monitoring the Sales Active / New Ice-breaker of LCs
- Increase no. of active LCs
- Sales increase in refinancing thru LCs contribution
- Promote refinancing products to our Loan Consultants existing and new.
- 8 hour shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
