Roles & Responsibilities
Sales / Stocks / Training / Visual Merchandising
- Guarantying a consistent and premium brand image across all point-of-sales locations: product assortment & visual merchandising by following the global strategy
- Providing product trainings to GS and field team
- Providing coaching in product knowledge and selling skills to BAs
- Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays
- Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned by the Area Manager
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Identifying the customer’s needs and recommending the ideal product by providing an excellent customer experience
- Establishing a good relationship with customers
- Maintaining the point-of-sales locations neat and organized with a necessary housekeeping
