Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 10am to 5pm - 6pm(flexible) 7.5 hours/day
Working location: Odeon Towers

• Oversee the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands
• Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
• Set the team goals within the overall company\'s goals and objectives
• Cooperate with the team members to plan and execute on the brand strategies to achieve its the desired goals
• Manage team\'s budget
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
• Knowledge in trading card games
