We are looking for an individual to assist the agency brand portfolio effectively. What the Intern will be doing:

• Support agency brand team to fulfil day-to-day operations
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper trade executions in the retail stores
• Jointly develop brand campaigns, consumer and trade promotions for the assigned brands
• Perform post-evaluation of the planned activities and provide insights and learnings for future activities
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities to grow the assigned brands
• Assist the team in monthly sales forecasting and inventory purchase to ensure a healthy stocks level
• Monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and current market trends
• Support the preparation of external and internal business reviews
• Provide assistance to agency brand team with ad-hoc tasks
• Engage Sales, Principals, and Retailers to develop sales and trade activations
• Daily huddle with brand principals to ensure that all aspects of the business are well taken care
• Work together with warehouse, shipping and finance to ensure healthy stock inventory
• Present each month\xe2\x80\x99s activities to sales and marketing personnel
• Collaborate with external and internal agencies to develop POSMs for sales activations

What we are looking for:

• 3 - 6 months availability
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course for Marketing or a similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Good command of English
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of business ownership and a capacity to take initiatives
• Effective Communicator with good analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
