About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in the technology space, a market leader with globally recognised high performing products. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a Brand Protection Analyst to support the regional business operations in ASEAN.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will participate in the planning, development and implementation of brand protection and anti-counterfeit strategies. You will escalate any potential violations and work with both internal and external teams to determine and execute remedial strategies. This includes and is not limited to activities like investigations, evidence gathering, online monitoring and raids.

Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in managing commercial contracts. You are commercially minded, able to prioritize and are focused on enabling the business, marrying business and legal requirements. You also possess excellent interpersonal skills to be able to partner with a wide range of stakeholders. You have a strong track record in managing teams and are passionate about growing careers.
