Job Description


:

  • Remuneration package: Up to SGD$5,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Location: Orchard

Responsibilities

Training:
  • Identify training gaps for development and implementation of annual training plans in accordance with company\'s vision and directives
  • Curate, develop and maintain coaching materials based on training plans
  • Conduct in-house programs and provide active coaching to identified stakeholders
  • Develop evaluation and feedback tools to measure the effectiveness of training conducted and prepare action plans based on data collected
  • On-site visits to observe purchase behaviour and client interactions to identify gaps
  • Coach individual team members to draw out personal solutions to improve and develop sales techniques
  • Brand orientation immersion program for new joiners within the Group
Reports:
  • Generate and analyze training report where required
  • Management of training calendar, working with relevant departments and entities
  • Plan and monitor training budget and resource optimization
Research:
  • Gather information for training materials and subjects for Brand training needs
  • Conduct market research on competitor brands and provide information to management and teams
  • Consolidate the launches of other brands during key annual watch fairs (e.g. WW, LVMH brand week)
Qualifications
  • Min 5 years of experience in luxury retail as a Trainer
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably ACTA/ACLP or DACE certified
  • Available to travel 50% of the time within APAC countries
  • Competent in content curation and development, with knowledge in various training methodologies
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of Company information
  • Level-headed, independent, and resourceful team player
  • Strong ability to connect with retail staff and internal team members.
  • A positive mindset and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
