Job Description


In charge of supporting brand growth in the SEAO region by defining and implementing a localized yearly training roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives.Adecco is collaborating with a prestigious and innovative company in the luxury goods industry and the company is on search of an experienced Regional Training Manager to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and stands as a leader in its field.The Job:

  • Act as a key business partner and contributor to regional projects, proposing and selecting external consultants or internal experts for specific training needs, and promoting regional learning and best practice sharing.
  • Localize and roll out global training modules consistent with brand DNA and values, conducting, in-class and in-store sessions and individual coaching in areas like brand knowledge, luxury culture, clienteling, selling soft skills, and retail management upskilling.
  • Plan and execute an onboarding program for new hires, and conduct sales coaching for Boutique Managers, Supervisors, and Retail teams.
  • Strive for operational excellence in all boutiques by working with Boutique Management to enhance professionalism and ensure efficient policy and procedure implementation.
  • Regularly review boutique operations KPIs with Management to identify training and coaching needs, using tools like Mystery Shopping and KPI dashboards.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Retail Managers, and Boutique Managers to ensure ongoing assessment of training impact.
  • Define and monitor team training paths, individualize development action plans, and maintain detailed reports of all training activities.
  • Manage the annual training budget with regular monthly follow-ups, adjust and enhance training programs proactively based on performance indicators, focusing on service excellence across the markets.
The Talent:
  • Strong business acumen with field coaching experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development program delivery.
  • Proven retail sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and competency in another language would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
  • Ideally experienced in the watch or jewelry sectors.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Passionate about people development.
