WHAT IS A BROKER SUPPORT
Our awesome client, a leadingcompany based in Australia is looking for a Broker Support to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer loan applications from the application submission stage through to settlement, including:
complete fact-find with client where required
collate required supporting documents for the loan application
perform pricing requests, serviceability calculations, funds to complete calculations, stamp duty calculations, LMI calculations
order valuations and follow up to get valuation report
complete and prepare compliance documents as part of the application processing under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a mortgage broker administration position managing end-to-end loan processing for about 1-2 years is desirable
Experience with processing for both residential and commercial applications is highly desirable
Experience with loan application processing of residential and consumer lending is essential:
Home loans - OFI Refinances
Internal refinance (top up/increase/cash out)
Variations - Security swap
Land & construction with progress claim management
SMSF - Asset & equipment finance
Full understanding of latest NCCP compliance requirements and how to manage loan applications accordingly through the life cycle of lending
High attention to detail & accuracy of data input
Strong inter-personal skills with proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
Strong numeracy skills
