TOP 5 Requirements:
1. 1-3 years’ experience (mortgage background is ideal but not required)
2. Good communication skills, attention to detail and quick learner
3. Good time management and can-do multi-tasking
4. Will train based on requirements
5. Email correspondence

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete and file all compliance documentation for each client loan application
• Populate online loan application forms to achieve full validation status for lodgment
• Compile and validate required client documentation to support the online application lodgment
• Track all loan applications ensuring KPIs are achieved for lender assessments, valuation ordering, issuing and return of loan documentation, and settlement booking
• Ad hoc task
