Roles & Responsibilities
Report to Operation Manager
Responsible for Profit n Loss of 2 outlets
Involve with outlet sales and marketing action plan
Plan members of staff (Full / Part Time) roster (weekly and monthly)
Hire/Train new members of staff
Ensure all new product launch are aligned with proper and sufficient training on the ground
Account for all outlet disciplinary and personnel performance
Inventory management at outlet location to ensure sufficient raw material supplies
Requirement:
Minimum 3 year experience at any bubble tea outlet
Able to commit to 930am - 11pm daily working hour (2 day off per week)
Able to work on weekends/public holidays
Hand-on leadership
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
