Location : Ubi Ave 4
Position ; Budget Branch Desk Head
Contract period ; Immediate - 6months
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Saturdays : Day Off
Min Deg - salary ranges from $4,000 - $5,000 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Job responsibilities :
Manage the budget of assigned departments as Desk Head to maximise utilisation and ensure money are well spent and adhere to relevant financial guidelines and directives. Advise assigned departments on finance-related matters for their projects and process their submissions on approval of project requirement/budget. Perform administrator role for segment of MHA system for project management.
