Job Description

• Salary: $2500 - $3000
• Working days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) + alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
• Working Locations: Ubi

• Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building
• Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
• Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be of an added advantage
• Must be willing to travel to other locations for repair work

Job descriptions:

• Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
• Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
• Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.
• Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
