Job Description

  • Working days: 5.25 days per week * Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 6pm | Alternate Saturdays : 9.00am to 1.00pm * Working Locations: Ubi Road * Salary:$2,400 - $2,800 Re Working days: 5.25 days per week Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 6pm | Alternate Saturdays : 9.00am to 1.00pm Working Locations: Ubi Road Salary:$2,400 - $2,800 Requirements: Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support. Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be of an added advantage Must be willing to travel to other locations for repair work Job descriptions: Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems. Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state. Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas. Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site. Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation. Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works. Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
