• Facilities Management
• Salary: Basic up to $3000
• Location: Central
• AWS + Variable Bonus + Mobile Allowance
• Working Hours: 3 rotating shifts (5.5 working days, every 2 weeks get 3 rest days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers\' enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
• Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer- centric skills
• Working experience preferred: ACMV, BMS system, Electrical, Fire Protection System
