Description
Job Responsibilities: Record, compile and tabulate statistics on defects during handing over inspections.
Conduct handing over inspection for completed blocks, common properties and precinct works inclusive of landscape comply with HDB’s quality standard.
Record defects and comments clearly.
Adopt systematic approach during all the inspection.
Maintain consistency in the inspection.
Conduct thorough check and ensure all major defects are identified.
Highlight potential impact to quality defects
Conduct construction audits
To take and carry out instructions including administrative tasks from the SO Rep.
Requirements: At least 5 years in the supervision of building projects in Singapore, preferably of architectural trade
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural), Building, Architectural
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Access.
Able to check drawings for discrepancies and report to SO Rep
Ensure that building contractor embrace good construction practise to achieve good workmanship
Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works
Must have good knowledge and experience using mobile software
Salary Range
$5,000 - $7,000
