Building Maintenance Manager (landscape, Pest Control, Etc))

Job Description
:
- Perform regular facilities maintenance service (Landscaping & Pest Control)
- Manage & Coordinate with Landscaping & Pest Control service companies (Subcontractor) and the others
- Manage and maintain inventory, equipment across all facilities
- Ensure the skills of Landscape teams are properly trained and align to the client requirements
- Preparation and filing of documents in relation to works
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Strong building Landscaping & Pest Control knowledge with hands-on experiences
- Proven experience in related field (Minimum 5 years of experience)
- Report writing and presentation skills (using POWER POINT, EXCEL, MS WORD)
- Able to perform shift work, work on weekends and public holidays
- Candidate with Building Maintenance Cert preferable
