Roles & Responsibilities The B&A Ant has the gift of gab, a heart to protect their fellow Ants, and a measured vision to uphold the promise of meaningful and value-driven work for their clients. In short, their responsibility is to ensure that their fellow Ants and the colony at large can continue to be nurtured and grown. The ideal c-ant-didate has any of the following.

• 2-3 Years experience as a sales/business lead for a media or advertising house.
• 2-3 Years experience as an accounts lead for a media or advertising house.
• Familiar with the components and industry practices of Singaporean commercial video production and advertising.

• To analyze and communicate creative briefs to the creative team.
• To facilitate pitch brainstorms with a creative counterpart.
• To be capable in creative/conceptual writing and deck-building.
• To determine costing strategies for all pitch proposals.
• To communicate pitches through physical presentations.

• To manage accounts of new and returning clients in the front-end of the project journey.
• To cultivate the colony’s relationships with its clients. Be it through work or play.
• To be ‘consultant’ for returning clients in their efforts to right-size and strategise their briefs.

• To support in meeting individual and arm-wide revenue goals.
• To support in strategising margin-maintenance.
• To cultivate a personal roster of creative partners (freelancers, houses, etc.).

• To work with their business unit’s production team to seamlessly transition projects/clients from pitch stage to project execution stage.
• To work with the colony’s in-house creatives to curate and grow director reels.
