Business & Information Security Associate
Job Description
Job Responsibilities Assist in developing information security policies and ensuring compliance Collaborate with management team and the IT department on information security Involve and participate in penetration test as a Cyber Incident Response Team member Documents any security breaches and assessing their damage Train colleagues on information security best practices and best practices for information security Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers Prepare project documentation for submission Ad-hoc duties with the support teamQualification & Job Requirements Diploma or Degree, preferable in IT Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work at a fast pace Independent and pro-active Interest in Cyber Security Experience in an information security role and ISO27001/ ISO27002 will be advantage Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (for liaising with native Chinese speakers in China)Additional Information 5-day work week Work hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm Work location at Ubi Avenue 1
