Job Description

My client is is a leading bank in Asia and they\'re looking for an experienced candidate responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions.

The successful candidate will able to work with stakeholders across the technology department and be able to identify opportunities for blockchain solutions. Working with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Responsible for analysing business processes and requirements, identifying solutions and managing the implementation of those solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business to elicit and review business requirements
• Analyse and document operations processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements
• Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan

Requirements

• Strong business domain knowledge in banking
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market
• Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
• Experience in scoping and evaluation \xe2\x80\x93 Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Blockchain
