THE TEAM

The Professional Services team at Accredify is a cross-functional group responsible for building and improving Accredify\'s enterprise solution. Comprised of frontend, backend, design, and product team members, this team is dedicated to developing Accredify\'s range of enterprise solutions.

THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of Accredify\'s products and services. You will work closely with stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to gather, analyse and prioritize product requirements, and help to deliver products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Relationships

The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between the various members of the tech team, and work closely other departments to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements and deliver product that meet these needs and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following efforts at Accredify:

• Gathering and analysing customer and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements.
• Supporting the development and delivery of product features and enhancements, ensuring they meet customer and market needs.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
• Monitoring and reporting on product performance and making recommendations for improvements.
• Developing and maintaining product documentation and training materials.
• Supporting the development of product pricing and packaging strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the team.
• Collaborating with customer support and other teams to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement.
• Being the voice of the customer internally, to help steer product development.
• Communicating product strategy, progress and launch plans to stakeholders.

Education

• A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A degree in a technical field is a bonus.

We co-developed Singapore\'s digital verifiable COVID-19 test result known as HealthCerts, an internationally recognized standard of an individual\'s COVID-19 health status which can be verified with a QR code scan.

We were also the first service provider to issue a verifiable COVID-19 swab result in Singapore. Presently, Accredify-issued HealthCerts are recognized in 4 continents and by more than 70 airlines around the world.
