• Validate and verify UI-UX requirements and designs across various departments.
• Collect and analyze data post-implementation to document project benefits.
• Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop operating manuals for internal bank staff.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Min. of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in banking industry/ banking projects operations. Candidates with working experience in Consulting firm will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements definition and UAT phases of system implementation.
• Strong facilitation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced documentation and technical writing skills. Good in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of banking channels.
• Meticulous, detailed-oriented and good team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken and Written).
