The Business Development (BD) unit, which sits within the Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Banking (CCIB) division, is looking to hire a high caliber Business Analyst (BA) to join an exciting program that has been set up to deliver the long-term Customer relationship management (CRM) solution. The program looks to transform our sales & marketing approach, to unlock new revenue opportunities and to support our top-line growth ambition.
The BA will support the product owner that is responsible for delivering the core CRM capabilities (across marketing, sales, and servicing) and its ecosystem. The target CRM solution will be a core frontline platform that will have over 8000 users and will be a central tool used by the Client coverage and product sales teams in a range of CRM processes for example Account Planning, Contact Management, Call Reports, Deal Management [including Sustainable finance products] and Client Analytics. The platform supports stakeholders across CCIB segments, with product groups Lending, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets [including GCM, FSS].
Responsibilities
Support product owner to develop and update the roadmap throughout the product development, ensuring all aspects of the homepage are included in the roadmap.
Solicit, validate, and document user stories through clear understanding of AS-IS and TO-BE process, clearing outlining the business value and acceptance criteria in each story.
Manage common/conflicting requirements across stakeholders to drive at a common ground.
Be the translator between business and technology ensuring system solution/changes proposed will meet business requirements.
Analyse and ensure information is readily available to support product owner in making key decisions on sprint prioritisation and overall roadmap planning.
Facilitate grooming sessions along with squad members and ensure all user stories, acceptance criteria\xe2\x80\x99s and solutioning design is ready prior to upcoming sprint planning sessions.
Work closely with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team to review and validate user acceptance testing the scenarios and user cases.
Support change team to ensure business readiness through training sessions, user guides and to support driving adoption of new features/functionalities to realise business benefits - including both business stakeholders/user groups and support teams where required

Our Ideal Candidate
6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in Banking Industry
Experience as a business analyst, ideally in Corporate and investment banking division.
Understanding of wholesale/corporate banking products, processes, and an appreciation of the role of frontline and their needs would be valuable
Prior experience in managing projects in Agile methodology & usage of tools like Jira/ADO.
Prior experience with managing change with a CRM platform, ideally experience in a vendor solution delivery, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven track record in delivering projects successfully \xe2\x80\x93 including system/process change \xe2\x80\x93 that has business benefits realized
Strong experience with co-ordinating large-scale user testing and product delivery.
Exceptional communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management ability in handling wide ranging and senior stakeholders (across segments/product areas)
Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of a diverse, global organisation
