An exciting role as a Business Analyst is available now in a technology company within the healthcare industry. The business analyst role plays an important role to support and implement the IT System

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify the data sources require for the dashboards / indicators
  • Interpret data and verify the data structure
  • Obtain and confirm the Budgetary Quotations from the source systems and vendors
  • Review and critique vendors\' design and solution efforts and recommend effective and cost-saving solutions
  • Monitor the data deliverables and ensure timely availability of data for development, UAT and production
  • Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
  • Identify data and business gaps within organization\'s information systems by analyzing existing systems and workflows
Job Requirements:
  • At least 8 years\' experience in IT Projects
  • Solid understanding and hands on experience in all phases of project lifecycle & must have involved in at least two full SDLC cycles
  • Strong Analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze the data
  • Familiar with MS SQL Server
