THE COMPANY

Our Client is a European Multinational Corporation in the Retail industry with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Business Controlling Manager.

THE ROLE

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to manage the financial modelling process and revenue projections, analyse underlying business and cost assumptions, build and refine cost models for new business opportunities
• Critically evaluate business key performance indications such as category margins, key expenses by benchmarking existing data across the businesses
• Collate and align business assumptions to create accurate and coherent Profit and Loss projections for new business opportunities
• Advise on financial offers supported by discounted cashflow, payback period and Net Present Value analysis, conduct the what-if and sensitivity analysis on financial offers for clear communication of risk profiles to management for decision making

REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
• Has at least 7 years of work experience and started their career in the Big 4 audit environment
• At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling in investments for an organization
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills who are able to speak to various stakeholders within the organization
