Job Description
Our client is a leader in the Energy industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Business Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with business users and vendors to improve business processes through IT systems.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the technology team to align requirements and processes.
- Gather and document requirements, develop acceptance criteria, and provide testing support.
- Offer initial application support and track issues till resolution.
- Responsible in define and own Process Governance guidelines, ensuring relevance and providing support.
- Act as an internal consultant for Business Process Management, including training and awareness.
- Support process document repository services.
- Ensure documentation of Technology Group business processes in the central repository.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
- Min Degree in IT or Business discipline
- Min 3 years of IT Business Analysis experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Experience in project planning and workshop facilitation.
