Role & Responsibilities
1. IT Governance: Oversight of all IT projects and system operations, including work planning, budgeting and spend reporting
a. Lead the annual IT budgeting and work planning together with the IT Finance team to map out the IT plans and projected budget for eventual tracking and monitoring.
b. Manage secretariat support to both IT Council and IT Board.
c. Manage the IT project approval to be sought among stakeholders
2. IT Finance: Track and Monitor IT Finance and Budgeting for the group
a. Follow through from IT Budgeting and work planning to IT Finance operations
b. Track and monitor IT Finance spend and budgeting.
3. Project Management: Lead IT projects and resilience and engage key stakeholders
a. Responsible in leading projects and engaging key stakeholder
b. Responsible in reviewing and improve IT Finance policies/processes to support the operational efficiency of business divisions in managing and driving IT projects.
c. Facilitate Change Management to act as a point of contact for users regarding complex queries
4. Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Development using UiPath or Blue Prism
a. Review and analyse business users\' requirements, existing processes and recommend solutions to better streamline processes
b. Validate design and efforts for quality, reliability, maintainability and reasonableness
5. Tableau : Ability to design and deploy data visualisations using Tableau
a. Drive strategic business decision making through detailed analytics, insights and real-time reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), corporate and financial data
b. Use Tableau to create innovative executive dashboards, scorecards and weekly/monthly/annual reports on the status of key business measurements
c. Demonstrate ability to present and provide meaningful business insights
d. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
6. Lead in stakeholders engagement and communications:
a. Lead in engaging and communicating Healthcare Instruction Manual (HIM) related policies, best practices and relevant use cases to the business through relevant platform.
b. Engage stakeholders on quality improvement and change management relating to IT policies and processes to drive better aware culture on IT project implementation.
Requirements
EDUCATION
\xc2\xb7 Degree in IT or healthcare professionals with degree and equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE
\xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years\' experience in running projects and/or programmes (i.e. portfolio of projects), with at least one or more Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Tableau development/visualization experience
\xc2\xb7 Strong project management and budgeting experience
\xc2\xb7 PMP Certified Preferred
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office applications
QUALITIES
\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical skills and strong multi-tasking capability
\xc2\xb7 Experience and in tuned with latest and advanced digital technologies, especially with one or more RPA technologies, web technologies: Windows Automation, Web Automation, UI Automation, etc.. will be an added advantage
\xc2\xb7 Excellent internal / external stakeholder engagement skills
\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation skills
\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills - articulate in both written and spoken language
\xc2\xb7 Team player
\xc2\xb7 Independent and possess inter-personal skills
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work under pressure with deadlines
