They are a global business ranked as the top ten largest insurers in the world. The are currently going through an exciting transformation journey and looking for experience business analyst to support their growth.

The RoleAs a business analyst in the insurance sector is responsible for analyzing insurance company operations, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The job involves working with the organization\'s stakeholders, including underwriters, claims adjusters, actuaries, and IT professionals, to gather, analyze, and interpret data to help them make informed decisions about their products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the trends and customer needs to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Conducting research to support the development of new insurance products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation of insurance products and services, including specifications, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Collaborating with the organization\'s stakeholders to identify and solve business problems.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes to insurance products and services.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including insurance executives and other business leaders.
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure that insurance products and services are developed and implemented on time and within budget.
  • Participating in the testing and quality assurance of insurance products and services to ensure that they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in a business analyst or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects and timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SQL, R, or Python, is preferred.
