My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expert knowledge in Insurance IT projects to lead new initiatives and implement new projects with their existing systems
Role and Responsibilities:
Overseeing business process, determining areas for improvement, and implementing solutions Gathering and Documenting requirements and conducting analysis.
Developing Business optimization strategies.
Documenting and communicating across cross-functional teams including technical team.
Create comprehensive Test Scenarios based on requirements and Performing UAT Facilitating between stakeholders, technical team and users
Monitoring timely completion of project milestones and activities
Requirements:
3 years of experience and above of Business Analyst experience
Insurance experience is a must
Customer facing experience
Life Insurance experience preferred
Business Analyst experience in an insurance company is preferred.
Experience in Agile methodology.
