Job Description


Duty 1: Support Intelligent Automation Product Development

  • Organizes relevant artifacts/documentation in a way that will be most beneficial to the business; conducts business analytics and coordinates conflict on required information from stakeholders to support Agile Release Train Leaders in aligning the Customer Lifecycle Service program with Automation Solutions strategic objectives, program vision roadmap and content presentation.
  • Leads the compilation and keeping the Intelligent Automation program backlog evergreen through gathering and organizing required program backlog components, aligning the appropriate critical must/s, business objectives supported, and key results measures and targets
  • Articulates ideas and viewpoints in the realization and clarification of business requirements with Agile Release Train Leaders, Business Owners, program and product managers, other product owners, and other needed contacts in gathering necessary information related to program backlog
  • Maintains system of record (Azure DevOps) of program backlog. Ensure epics and features are tagged with the appropriate status, and necessary documentation are associated appropriately
Recommends Requirements to Funnel Analysis
  • Performs business impact analysis to aid in the prioritization and rationalization of program backlog
  • Updates the program backlog, reviews, and contributes to the program vision, Roadmap, and content presentations.
  • Ensures that there is a documentation of epic and features with acceptance criteria, critical musts and objectives/key results (OKR) for funnel consideration review
  • Tests and confirms functionalities of tools as well as other business systems and applications
Scaled Agile Framework Ceremonies
  • Participates in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies and events, as required
  • Recommends training plans and training materials/manuals for support team and system users.
  • Set- up systems support group in IT ticketing platform (e.g., ServiceNow, HPSM) to manage issues and requests.
Duty 2: Coordinate Portfolio Cadence and Communication
  • Maintains templates/documents to be used in Agile Release Train program tracking and reporting to agile teams, stakeholders, and executive leaders/councils
  • Ensures efficient and on-time delivery of action items from program backlog; keeps the backlog updated in compliance to the Agile Team and follows proper escalation paths if needed
  • Creates project timeline for the stakeholders, agile teams, executive leaders and councils and communicates progress on a regular basis
  • Performs root cause analysis of issues encountered and coordinates with appropriate group resolve the issue to meet timeline based on program backlog (Product Manager/Product Owner, Architecture, BU group, IT etc.)
Duty 3: Internal Communication
  • Conducts meetings to address issues and concerns, escalations, improve processes and others
  • Collaborates and networks with other Process Owners, Developers and other functional leaders to complete assigned programs
  • Keeps Agile Team and process owners informed and updated on matters affecting product development
Duty 4: Metrics Reporting & Analytics Data Gathering
  • Extracts/generates quantitative information from a single or multiple tool
  • Communicates with resource person to get input/raw data needed for report generation
  • Extracts/generates quantitative information from databases using standard queries. (Basic coding) Data Manipulation
  • Cleans extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructions
  • Formats extracted data based on expected report output. (With batching capability)
  • Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information (basic math)
  • Formats extracted data based on expected report output. (Multiple data formatting requirements)
  • Categorizes and segments extracted data using tools to convert data to information relevant to the report (excel, macro, database)
  • Consolidates and standardize data structure from different data sources
  • Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, database)
  • Combines extracted data from different system tools in one single database using queries (SQL, MS Access)
  • Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (statistics) Data Analysis
  • Gathers and analyzes report requirements from stakeholders. Identify and provide solution to general inquiries
  • Analyzes gathered information & data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics & comparative analysis)
  • Evaluates objective/charter and recommends non-standard reports/ workaround based on gathered data and analysis Reporting
  • Creates reports based on standard templates
  • Creates and tests dynamic reports based on the designed format
  • Conceptualizes and develops tools/scripts that can automate the reporting process (usage of complex formula, Excel Macro, VBA, SQL, Access).
  • Builds new reports and templates on top of existing business systems and makes them available to all users
  • Configures reporting systems in order to generate the required report)
  • Conceptualizes report design contents and methodologies based on gathered data and/or analysis for static or dynamic reports • Provide report recommendations and validate with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum 4-years bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems or similar) or related field
  • Job Related Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Business Analysis field supporting in the IT software development field
  • Specific Knowledge:
    • IT and e-Business Applications

    • Experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall, SAFe Agile or similar)
    • Experience with Quality and Risk Management
    • Ability to elicit, analyze, communicate, and document requirements
