• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (current students in their final year may also apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and visualize complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of SQL and experience with databases like Amazon
• Redshift or PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

$1,200 intern salaryDuties:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on regional markets, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze ride-hailing data (e.g., booking behavior, ride completion rates, and customer segmentation) to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Strategy Development: Support the development of pricing strategies, user retention models, and demand-supply alignment frameworks to drive sustainable growth.
• Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and create presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align business goals and strategies.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational scalability and profitability.
