The Business Analyst will support the Development Office to enable the vision of progressive and innovative strategies. Able to assess business needs and help to improve processes and systems. Has the ability to conduct research and analysis and implement plausible and innovative solutions to the business problems and issues.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Engage and collaborate with all teams to understand and align to department\'s strategies and mission
• Understand the operating model, processes and how to innovate and integrate with the University\'s eco-system
• Understand and support teams to identify processes to align with it\'s strategies and mission.
• Engage University\'s IT & vendors to implement innovative ways to engage various stakeholders
• Translate business objectives into business cases and subsequently to IT deliverables for successful implementation.
• Provide support in creating a centralised hub for all it\'s business and technology alignment.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Good command of English with strong visuals and good communication skills
• Creative and conversant with as-is and to-be models
• Negotiation and active listening skills in engaging with various stakeholders
• Understanding of Technology & projects implementation methodologies (e.g. waterfall-hybrid-agile)
• Project management skills and provide timely reports to management/ stakeholders
• Good presentation skills to conduct trainings and meetings
• Ability to translate business needs to project requirements
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and collaborate with multiple teams.
