Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation for new or existing accounts

Liaise with internal and exernal stakeholders to discuss and establish implementation plans and get sign off by all stakeholders

Highlight concerns within the business, provide suggestions and communicate these information with the stakeholders

Create Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), reporting and training materials

Ensure proper account setup in the ERP system

Conduct SOP trainings and ensure each branch servicing the account understands the SOPs and execute accordingly

Update status of progress on business implementation and transition to stakeholders

The Talent

Preferably candidates with at least Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience working in frieght forwarding industry
