Our client is a workforce solutions provider with the key aim of conducting value-based recruitment activities to their business partners in forms of regular and flexible staffing.

Their partner with their business partners from start to finish, focusing on their needs developing effective strategies and designing high quality and scalable solutions with the aim to deliver long-term sustainable results through their vast knowledge and experience of their Consultants.

• Well Established Indonesian Palm Oil & Oleochemical MNC
• 5 Days Work Week (9:00am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus (Averaging 3 to 4 Months)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Medical & Dental Insurance Provided
• Required to Travel Occasionally

The Job

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist the Manager in the development and implementation of growth strategy.
• Conduct robust and insightful analyses, validate hypotheses based on internal and external data, synthesize, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Write effective meeting summaries, reports, and presentations. Consolidate monthly and quarterly performance reports for Executive Management meetings.
• Work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. business unit management, function heads) to support them in implementing approved actions and breaking through any barriers.
• Collaboration, information collection, and market intelligence provision to support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of business analysis experience.
• Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling &/or Analyst related working experience.
• Experience in SAP an added advantage.
• Strong interest in developing a career in the commodity/chemical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a sense of creativity and practicality.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment or on your own.
• Possess a high level of self-initiative, self-motivation, and time management.
