* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding * Position Title: Business Analyst (Process Integration)/ Data Analyst * Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transpo Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Business Analyst (Process Integration)/ Data Analyst Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am ' 6 pm Salary: Up to $4,500 + Meal Allowance + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings to discuss and facilitate MOC implementation with vendors, owners, and/or operations personnel Work with vendors, owners and/or operation personnel to facilitate timely completion of all MOC actions and documentation Track and report the status of all open actions Manage project progress and ensure projects meet deadlines Experience with all the components of the Tableau suite including but not limited to Tableau Desktop & Tableau Prep Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and BI solutions Perform data analysis and data discovery to understand data requirements and solve problems for business partners Provide application support, including but not limited to conducting training to users, application server maintenance, data analysis Responsible for the maintenance of application changes request Responsible for the creation of all system documentation, and ensuring that they are kept up to date.
