The Role: Business Analytics Assistant Manager To represent DFI and its retail concepts to oversee and manage its real estate portfolio through the use of business analytics tools and skills Job Responsibilities To ensure current and new real estate leases are managed in a sustainable format and aligned with company budgetary objectives by site/tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, lease documentation and networking with partners including but not limited to landlords, real estate agents and other strategic partners To ensure store opening and occupancy targets are met To liaise and maintain business relationship with landlords and tenants To work with individual retail concepts in understanding their real estate requirements Oversee and work with administrative executives to ensure lease and all real estate related documentation, including and not limited to leasing are kept updated and in line with company policy Perform advanced business analysis on existing retail concepts to analyse and segment data collected from retail stores. Prepare routine and ad-hoc management reports, including but not limited to REC submissions and Board presentations, ensuring reports are accurate and timely and in compliance with statutory regulations and GAAP. Play an active business partnering role by providing property insights to the Property team through the coordination with Group Property Insights and Business Units. Coordinate and control financial budgets/forecasts of the designated Business Unit, including the completion of financial feasibility analysis for new sites, lease renewals and store refurbishment projects.
