As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making in areas such as pricing and sales strategies. You will support the building of new data sets, scenario modelling, and creation of fit-for-purpose dashboards, while effectively communicating insights through compelling presentations. You will also be responsible for automating processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven business solutions.

Key responsibility areas are:

\xc2\xa7 Conduct research and analysis on internal and external data to identify trends and patterns and develop new business data sets as needed. \xc2\xa7 Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business models and scenarios, using both quantitative and qualitative understanding of the business to provide insights on the viability and impact of each scenario. \xc2\xa7 Use statistical methods and tools to create models that forecast trends and provide insights to guide business decisions. \xc2\xa7 Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key business metrics and trends, providing stakeholders with real-time insights and data-driven recommendations. \xc2\xa7 Deliver clear and compelling presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. \xc2\xa7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. \xc2\xa7 Automate processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, such as data collection and reporting. \xc2\xa7 Maintain and update data sets and models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources.

Who are you?

If you are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and are passionate about using data to drive business decisions, as well as automating processes to increase efficiency and accuracy, we would love to hear from you. \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field. \xc2\xa7 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with evidence of using data-driven insights to support business decisions. \xc2\xa7 Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical methods and tools. \xc2\xa7 Experience creating and maintaining dashboards. \xc2\xa7 Experience with using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Azure, Python, RPA, SQL, etc. \xc2\xa7 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience delivering presentations and communicating complex data-driven insights to stakeholders. \xc2\xa7 Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
