• Position Title: Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst
• Working Location: Serangoon North (will be moving to MacPherson in Q2 2023)
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by interviewing stakeholders, performing data analysis, and researching industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications that development teams can use to build software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into User Acceptance Tests to ensure that the end product meets the business requirements.
• Work closely with (internal and external) developers and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
• Act as the quality assurance testers to ensure that the end product meets the business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and workflows.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of software development projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving related to software development projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
• Any other duties and products as and when assigned by immediate superior.

• At least a Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
