An Excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to work in the Security and Fiduciary services within the banking domain.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Banking, Computers, or Information Systems;
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, exposure to banking operations is a must;
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation;
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, functional and technical analysis;
- Ability to work independently, manage stress, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- BAU experience in Fund Accounting;
- Some technical background will be a plus.
- Gather and document user requirements;
- Assess the functional impact of changes to applications & post-production monitoring;
- Assess and support the user configuration setup required in the SDLC process;
- Review functional design, to meet the business requirements;
- Collaborate with the stakeholders and assist in resolving production issues;
- Assist with enhancement walkthrough and user training;
- Support in tracking and collating statistics for ongoing MIS, Metrics/Benchmarks reporting & strategy presentation;
- Responsible for end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities such as: defining test approach, preparing test scripts and executing User Acceptance Tests, analyzing test results, and ensuring that reported issues are resolved.
