We are looking for a Business Analyst for the Consumer Banking Group within the banking financial industry.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in other domain;
• Has 2-4 years of experience as Business Analyst;
• Have experience in projects related credit card. debit card or unsecured loans;
• Working knowledge with Agile Product development process;
• Experience or knowledge of Python, SQL, and Big Data systems ;
• Experience /Knowledge on Credit / Liquidity risk and banking products.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Work experience in Banking and Financial Institution roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate system migration across all Credit card, debit card projects;
• Set clear standards, approaches and processes and work with Product managers to oversee alignment across all products;
• Work closely with Product Managers to identify key areas of focus and capability asks in new system;
• Manage project deliverables and timelines, ensuring consistency, completeness and quality of submissions;
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration, negotiation and issues management;
• Lead and drive issue management and resolution for Project;
• Manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, within agreed timelines, given varying expectations, viewpoints and interests;
• Manage end to end project for Credit card products;
• Support BAU product work such as campaign execution, data analysis and extraction.
