We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client - a leading government technology agency. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional problem-solving skills and has a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement while maintaining a user-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of projections and solutions
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Develop detailed user requirement documents.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements specifications and feasibility studies on possible solutions.
• Analyse archival processes and procedures, along with systems/data products and processes to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Identify system/data products deficiencies and performance gaps.
• Identify options for the resolution of system gaps.
• Advocate technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Conduct change impact analysis.
• Apply project management tools and processes to ensure the project is cost-effective.
• Prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
• Work with users, technical staff, and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adopt a systematic approach in handling ambiguous or complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
