Currently, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in conducting business analysis, managing projects, and providing data-driven insights.

As a Senior Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing processes, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be essential in providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth operation of our data platform and maintain data quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and systems, leveraging data platforms to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

2. Project Management:

• Lead and support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from planning to completion.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues to achieve project objectives.

3. Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Perform in-depth analyses of structured and unstructured data sets, extracting valuable insights, trends, and patterns to inform strategic decisions.

4. Data Visualization and Reporting:

• Develop visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex data analyses to stakeholders.

5. Identifying Data Needs:

• Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver insights aligned with their business objectives.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and engineering, recommending process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and overall performance.

7. Cross-functional Support:

• Foster collaboration with other teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with overall business objectives.

8. Operational Support:

• Ensure the smooth operation of our data platform, monitoring data pipelines, databases, and analytical processes.
• Promptly address data-related issues to maintain data quality and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a background in data platforms, data analytics, or relevant projects.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in data platforms, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, or equivalent) and data storage technologies (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with extensive, complex data sets.
• Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Business acumen and the ability to align project objectives with overall business goals.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, CBAP, or other relevant credentials will be advantageous.
