REPORTS TO: Chief of Staff & Culture Officer (CSC)

JOB PURPOSE Collectius\xe2\x80\x99 People, Culture and Brand department, led by the Chief of Staff & Culture, is responsible for leading the company\xc2\xb4s strategic People and Talent Management processes as well as the organization\xe2\x80\x99s efforts to create a culture that supports its mission, values and vision. This includes overseeing and aligning People policies and processes across the Group, be a role model for company values and culture and drive optimization of applications used by HR and Training teams as Product Owners. The department is also responsible for driving Collectius\xe2\x80\x99 PR and Marketing as well as Special Projects under the CEO. The Business Analyst (Organizational Development) will work alongside the CSC on projects and initiatives supporting the department vision and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support CSC in driving the company\xe2\x80\x99s People and Talent Management work, ensuring alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall vision and direction. This includes aligning People policies and processes across the Group:
o Recommend and update changes to current policies and procedures based on employee feedback or organizational needs. o Optimization of recruitment processes o Onboarding and training process of new hires o Talent retention process (Motivation etc.) o Performance review process o Learning and development process o Exit and offboarding processes \xc2\xa7 Performance improvement (PIP) \xc2\xa7 Exit reviews o Support reporting of key department KPI\xe2\x80\x99s on above processes.
  • Support the organization\xe2\x80\x99s efforts to create a culture that supports its mission, values, and visions.
o Be a role model for company values and culture by demonstrating behaviours that support the organisation culture. o Support development and implementation of a companywide strategy for culture management i.e., performance management, Health Program etc. o Drives Collectius\xe2\x80\x99 Kaizen initiative for continuous improvements and ensure implementation is completed.
  • Support updates needed to optimize Collectius HRIS and LMS Systems
o Product optimization and user training where needed. o Vendor Management of vendors involved.
  • Support work with special projects under the CEO.
  • Support Group Marketing and PR initiatives:
o Support work with External PR agency and scope included such as press releases, media opportunities, LinkedIn content and newsletters. o Sourcing, strategizing, planning of Group marketing events such as the Singapore FinTech festival. o Govern brand alignment across the company in accordance with brand book.
  • Oversee and support updates needed for the company website, works closely together with Technical Product Owner from Technology Team on updates needed.
o Including SEO content (Search Engine Optimization with external provider) o Ensure website is functioning and optimized.
  • Oversee usage of company Social media channels:
o Support development of social media strategy. o Ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Oversee company Google pages strategy (look and feel).

Requirements
  • 0 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from top tier University in Business, Engineering or Technology Management.
  • Strong drive and ambitions, willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Good understanding of organisation management and operating models.
  • Proven analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics using Python or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent English communications skills in verbal and writing.
  • Good technology understanding and ability to work on technology related projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
