Responsibilities

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Understand End to end system implementation including analyse, design, testing, and deployment of application
• Explain and guide Developers during Sprints to clarify the scope and intent of user stories
• Lead or support SIT and UAT test case creation
• To work with QA engineers in validating that the story is implemented as intended

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Programming or relevant
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in the following:
• Business Requirements Analysis
• Functional Design
• Functional Testing
• Agile Delivery Methodology
• Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the squad
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Have functional expertise to pick up and understand domain-related knowledge swiftly to work with other business analysts, Scrum Master, and product owners to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, and prioritize work
• Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change
• Dependency management within the squad and across agile teams
• Help the squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Guide squad to develop a high-quality product
