Candidate Profile

• Bachelor degrees (Accounting, Business Admin, Finance preferred) with 5-7 years or above working experience in Finance (primarily in Management Reporting and Budgeting)
• Motivated individual who takes initiative, is curious and can work independently
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Hyperion & CO module in SAP is preferred

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with people from various levels and cultural backgrounds

• Coordinate with affiliate\'s finance team to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of actual results
• Administer the process of uploading results into reporting system and generate reports/key performance indicators analysis for the affiliates and zone management
• Analyse/review the actual results for reliability and consistency vs budget and accounting standards
• Budget/Long Term Plan:
• Coordinate with affiliate\'s finance team to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of budget/long term plan
• Consult/challenge viability of forecasted financials
• Perform analysis at zone level and prepare presentation materials related to allocated portfolio
• Other responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and assist affiliates in the areas of accounting and financial / business analysis requirements
• Provide guidance and assist affiliates in the Controlling module in SAP
• Share best practice within the zone
• Lead/support simplification/automation projects
• Other task assigned by manager on ad hoc basis
