An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to be a part of the banking industry.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry;
• Have good knowledge in banking products;
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation;
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate/work with multiple teams;
• Good in decision making, good mathematical, problem-solving and service-oriented skills with attention to detail.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Familiar with SDLC, able to perform data mapping and hands-on test planning and execution as part of project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provides support with regards to Business Initiatives;
• Collaborate with Users and Product managers to work on solutions to meet users\xe2\x80\x99 and customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and key performance matrix;
• Analyze use case requirements and write Users stories /business requirements and work closely with key stakeholders and users from Line Operations and Technology for and run/monitor projects;
• Manage and perform UAT for product Initiatives or Fixes and client request enhancements;
• Ensure proper documentation throughout the project including UAT test results and preparation of user guide and conducting user training;
• Provide Updates to Senior Management on project delivery schedule, articulate delivery blockers, and provide a strategic solution;
• Work with Business Product managers and Users on the operationalization of initiatives;
• Coordinate with Users and Technology on Delivery and business live verification;
• Management of production issues with Users and Technology, from UAT to delivery of fixes as well as project schedule with Technology partners;
• Provide prompt updates/escalation to management/stakeholders;
• Liaise with the Regional Risk Team, location operations, and the regional SFS team on any risk issues or events identified/ reported;
• Monitor annual audit project for all the countries and manage BCP review, planning, and exercises;
• Consolidate regional reporting to Finance.
